In this section you will find answers about delivery times for most of the products we offer.
Our online store has three different ways to show which stock type the product has:
Stock type: Stock item
Stock type: Currently out of stock
Stock type: Non-stock item
Stock item means that the product is normally in stock for immediate delivery. However, it is not a guarantee that the product is in stock "right now", because all stock items run out from time to time and the delivery may be on its way but not yet arrived.
Currently out of stock means that an stock item is temporarily out of stock and that the next shipment is not yet on its way in or has an unconfirmed delivery date.
Non-stock item means that the product is not in our stock but is ordered or made to order. It is these products that the delivery times below refer to.
Please note the delivery times stated below are approximate and generally apply if the product is in stock at the manufacturer and/or our supplier. However, some products are only manufactured to order and then have a stated approximate delivery time based on this.
By delivery time is otherwise meant the time from when an order was registered until we have the order ready to be sent to the customer. The shipping time from us to the customer is always added and varies depending on from where and how the order is sent, to where the order is to be delivered.
