Forge Intercooler kits
With higher boost pressure the heat out of the turbo or supercharger also increase. Most original intercoolers then can not cool the air to a low temperatur and the estimated power inrease is lost. With a larger and more effective intercooler the air temperature drops and the potential for maximum power increases.
Even on a standard engine can the power increase using a larger intercooler with better placement. This is because a original intercooler often is a compromise between space, placement and manufacturing cost.
