Engine Mounts
Most original engine mounts are made of soft rubber to eliminate most of the vibrations that can be transmitted between the engine and the body. This works well with standard engines and soft driving, but when you tune the engine and/or drive more active, the load increases to the point that the engine then starts to move violently instead.
Not infrequently, front exhaust pipes can break and bolts can come loose. You can also have problems with "wheel bounce" and shifting.
In the products below we offer our own special manufactured engine mounts and also Powerflexs assortment in Polyurethan. Common is that they are harder than the original and keeps the engine and gearbox in place, but without mount the drive train solid.
